North Carolina Homeschool Roller Skating

NC Roller Skate Update 2019!

Roller skating is a fun way to exercise. Homeschoolers get a work out while hanging out with friends and listening to music. Your kids may not even realize that roller skating is as good as a homeschool P.E. class!

Skating Has Health & Social Benefits

There is loads of research concluding that roller skating is a great aerobic exercise. It has been found to be equivalent to jogging in terms of health benefits! Skating is even recommended by the American Heart Association as an aerobic fitness sport.

Along with those fabulous aerobic health benefits, roller skating is low impact compared to jogging and running. Our conclusion: get to a homeschool roller skate event if you want your family to be healthier and happier!

There are a lot of Roller Skating Rinks that offer special homeschool days and rates all around North Carolina. We listed the ones we know about here. Leave a comment telling us about the ones we have missed. Be sure to let us know the details and location if you have it!
